WOU’s commitment to sustainability earned the “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design”(LEED) highest level, ‘Platinum’ designation, for the design and construction of the first qualifying residence hall in the U.S. Other WOU facilities have received the LEED ‘Gold’ and ‘Silver’ designations.
